The most common reasons are trying to use AmEx which we don't accept even though the logo
appears on our order form. The next most common reasons are incorrect credit card number, expiration date and/or the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card.
If all the above information is correct then your email system is blocking our email to you or our
email is going into your email spam file. This happens every time when you use Earthlink and sometimes with AOL. Please check you spam file before contacting us.
When will I get my stuff? We usually ship the same or next business day by UPS, US Postal Service
Priority Mail if sending to a P.O. Box or USPS Express Mail to a P.O Box or when you need it fast. USPS Express Mail is the cheapest way to get it to you fast without paying a ton of money for UPS 1-2 day delivery. It takes 1-7 business days to arrive depending on your location, shipping option you choose and any delay caused by weather or holiday business. If you won't be home then have it shipped to your business address.
All International shipments are done via US Postal Service Express Mail.
Can I ship a gift to someone at a different address? Sure. The secure order form has a place for that.
Under special instructions tell us the phone number of the lucky recipent so we can put it on the shipping form.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Sorry, we don't.
What is the last day to order so my stuff will arrive by Christmas? Please order by December 12 or
pay extra for 2 day delivery. We Guarantee to ship the same or next business day if your item is in stock. Only the shipping company, not us, may guarantee the delivery time. Delays occur because of holiday shipping volume or weather. There is no delivery time guarantee to APO, FPO or international addresses. Orders to US addresses outside the lower 48 states and to PO Boxes are sent USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail and can take 3 days to 10 days to arrive depending on the destination.
I don't want to order over the internet or I want to pay by check or money order. Can I do that?
Sure. To order via snail mail send us a check which takes 3-7 days for us to recieve. Use the order form by clicking on the order form link.
Can I order by phone? Yes, our order phone number is 307-459-4599. If we are unavailable at any time
to take your call you may leave your order request on our voice mail. If we need to verify any of your order information we will call you. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
I haven't gotten my stuff or my order was declined. What's going on? Most common reasons:
1) Put everything in like it appears on your credit card bill. When a field has an asterisk by it you have to
put in the information.
2) You've been spending too much and your credit card company has put a stop to that.
3) You credit card company doesn't let you buy on the web.
4) You put your email address in like this: me@www.aol.com. Lose the www and put it in as
me@aol.com
5) You tried AmEx. Sorry, we don't take American Express.
6) In rare cases our secure server is down or will time out.
7) The shipping provider has had problems ie: weather, strike, etc.
